My training is done in the Sherman Oaks/ Van Nuys area. We can jog together through the city parks and work out together in a gym called Steel Barbells. That does not mean, however, that I do not sometimes take longer trips to get to know new running paths in your area. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution!
AM I A PROFESSIONAL TRAINER?
Yes. I studied sports at university and later worked in private fitness studios since 1997. I hold countless national certifications in the sports and medicine fitness industry but most importantly, I have experience. I stay up to date with all the latest research that helps me help my clients! Bottomline, my clients become faster and stronger and we have fun doing it!
HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO OR CAN I TRAIN WITH YOU?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have, how committed you are, and what you can and can’t do on your own. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week but it all depends on their goals and abilities.
WHY SHOULD I SPEND MONEY ON A PERSONAL TRAINER? I CAN DO IT BY MYSELF.
Of course, you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems, and goals. In addition, I am mainly your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. Most newcomers to the gym watch what other poeple are doing and try to duplicate it. The sad thing is that 90% of those people perform exercises in the wrong way. But one shouldnt think of this as “spending money”! One should look at this as an investment! You are investing in your body and health. Your body is your biggest asset! You have to take care of it! Dont put it at risk by going to the gym and hurting yourself! Not worth it! If you are going to do it, then learn how to do it right. Try the 3 Sessions for ONLY $110 (no obligation after it’s over)! Its a great introductory package that will give you a great start!
